San Antonio!
October 18 to 19 (Friday and Saturday)
Please join us for a 2-day trip to San Antonio with the Austin High Orchestra! Ms. Solis would love to get 100% orchestra participation!
Cost and Registration
Students: $75 deposit due by Wednesday, September 18. The final cost is dependent on the total number of students participating but will not be more than $200. Half of the cost of the charter bus will be subsidized by the Booster Club.
Scholarships for the trip are available by filling out the Google Scholarship form.
Chaperones: $75 deposit, and the final cost will also be dependent on the total number of students participating, which will determine the total number of chaperones needed. We will need chaperones at a ratio of 12:1.
The cost for chaperones might be a little more than the cost for students. The cost of the hotel is more due to double occupancy versus quad, and the SA Philharmonic tickets cost a little more for an adult versus student, but there will be no masterclass cost.
Registration: Please use the form below to register and pay the $75 deposit. Please note that the GiveButter tips are optional at checkout! You can set it to 0$ by choosing “Other” from the drop down list of percentages, where the default is 15%.
