Full Orchestra Concert at Austin High on February 25, 2026, at 6:30 pm
Pre-UIL Festival on February 18, 2026
A reminder that parents are not allowed to attend the UIL competition performance but are invited to the concert at Austin High and the pre-UIL festival at the AISD PAC.
UIL Competition Details
Non-Varsity will meet before school for a quick warm up before leaving for the PAC.
Varsity will meet normally and rehearse during 1st period, go to 2nd, then have early lunch at noon. Be ready to depart AHS by 1:20 pm.

7:00 am-8:00 am – Quick Rehearsal (Main Band Hall) (Arrive wearing Concert Black)
8:25 am – Depart on Buses for AISD PAC
9:10 am – Arrive at AISD PAC
9:35 am – Warm Up (Location TBA)
10:30 am – Performance on Stage
11:00 am – Sight-Reading
11:30 am – Depart for Austin High School
12:15 pm – Return to Austin High School
Non-varsity students will be dismissed from 1st and 2nd Period Classes – Normal Lunch – Return to Class
Varsity
9:05 am-10:35 am – Rehearsal During 1st Period Class (Main Band Hall)
10:35 am – Go to FIT
11:10 am – Go to 2nd Period Class
12:00 pm – Dismissed from 2nd Period Class for Early Lunch/Change into Concert Black
1:20 pm – In Seats for Attendance/Load Buses
1:40 pm – Depart on Buses for AISD PAC
2:10 pm – Arrive at AISD PAC
2:35 pm – Warm Up (Location TBA)
3:20 pm – Performance on Stage
4:00 pm – Sight-Reading
4:30 pm – Depart for Austin High School
5:15 pm – Return to Austin High School
Varsity students attend FIT/2nd Period as normal. Early Lunch dismissal for all at 12:00 pm. Be ready to depart at 1:20 pm.
