Carnival and Food: 1:30 to 6:30 pm

  • Bring the whole family and enjoy the free concerts from ten area schools and youth programs, including Austin High’s award-winning orchestras.
  • Enjoy the outdoor carnival, with fun games and prizes, a bounce house, and a dunk tank!

Warm-up Schedule

Requested Item Donations by Class

Below is a list of requested items based on a student’s class period. If you could donate those items, within your budget, it would help us reduce our expenses for the festival. Please do not spend more than $10. And thank you for your support! Please bring your donated items to the Orchestra Room by Friday, October 25th. 7th period orchestra class should bring their item by Thursday, October 31st.

Periods 1 and 5:

  • Violins and Violas: 2 liter sodas for the Soda Toss Game 
  • Cello and Bass Players: Pringles for Pringle Toss 

Period 2:

  • Cello and Violin Players: 12-pack of Regular Coke 12 oz cans for concession sales
  • Bass and Viola Players: 12-pack Sprite 12 oz cans for concessions sales

Period 3: Case of 16.9 oz. water bottles for concession sales

Period 6: 12-pack of Dr. Pepper 12oz. cans for concession sales

Period 7 (your donation is due Thursday, October 31st): Donate a dessert for the dessert walk game. It must be store-bought. It should come individually wrapped / packaged, or we should be able to wrap it individually, like cookies, cupcakes, sweet breads, etc.
